# 결재하기

## 1. **결재함 앱 실행하기**

결재함 앱은 상본인에게 제출된 다양한 종류의 결재문서를 한곳에서 열람하고 결재처리하는 서비스입니다. 앱을 통해서 결재자의 복잡한 결재절차 및 문서관리 등 결재과정의 비효율적인 업무를 제거하여 업무효율 향상에 도움을 드리고 있습니다.

## **2. 결재문서 선택하기**&#x20;

한건의 결재문서에 대해 결재/반려/보류 처리를 할 수 있습니다.

* 결재함 APP 좌측의 **`개인결재함`** /**`부서결재함`**/**`접수함`** 의 대기 또는 보류 상태 중 선택하여 클릭합니다.
* 기안문서를 클릭합니다.

## 3. 결재 선택 및 완료하기&#x20;

* 결재문서의 내용을 확인 후 우측 하단의 **`결재`** | **`반송/보류`** 버튼 중 선택하여 클릭합니다.

* **`결재`** 클릭 시 즉시 결재처리 (보안결재가 설정되어 있는 경우, 보안결재를 입력해야 결재처리 가능)\
  \&#xNAN;**`반송/보류`** 클릭 시 반송 또는 보류에 대한 의견작성 후 반송 또는 결재처리 (보안결재가 설정되어 있는 경우, 보안결재를 입력해야 결재처리 가능)

## **4. 일괄 결제하기**

다건의 결재문서에 대해 일괄로 승인처리 할 수 있습니다.

* 결재함 APP 좌측의 **`개인결재함`** /**`부서결재함`**/**`접수함`** 의 대기 또는 보류 상태 중 선택하여 클릭합니다.
* 다건의 기안문서를 체크합니다.
